1. How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?
On working days, we will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.

9. How does your company guarantee product quality?
First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final products, we will do full inspection or random inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
10. What is the payment method?
When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading.
11. How to ship the goods to customers?
Usually we ship by sea.
12. Where are your goods mainly exported to?
Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries such as the United States, Dubai, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Russia, Canada, etc.
